This is a pic from the staircase in my office building. This is from the 1940's/1950's. Back in the day mail would be placed in the shoot and down 10, 20, 30 even 40 floors to the basement where the mail was later picked up that day to be sent out for delivery to all parts of the US and World. This one still exist in, but no longer works. Sure is Neat!
Well, if the world was really going to end and the Rapture was upon us what better way to celebrate then visiting one of my favortite Antique Flea Markets, the Golden Nugget Antique Market in Lambertville, NJ on the NJ/PA border. Since 1967, shoppers have enjoyed a selection of antiques and collectibles unlike any other market. One of the largest and finest antique markets on the East Coast committed to authentic antiques, collectibles, art and thousands of other interesting products. Here are some pics from my visit!
Came across this dealer who was actually wearing one of my designs from my days of designing Private Label Men's for Lord & Taylor. Printed Crinkle Dot!
