Kitsune
French Clothier Kitsune is all Ivy League this winter another sign Prep is world wide BIG! Kitsune meaning fox in the japanese language which the fox has become their staple logo.
Kitsuné was founded in 2002 in Paris by Gildas Loaëc, Masaya Kuroki and the London-based design company Åbäke, consisting of Patrick Lacey, Benjamin Reichen, Kajsa Ståhl och Maki Suzuki. Loaëc and Kuroki, who both like fashion and music, got the idea to found a company involved in both areas during a trip to Japan, where many people like both fashion and music, and are not afraid to combine them.
Check out the links below for more on Kitsune & and the Fall/Winter 2010 looks of Kitsune - Ivy League.

Some Things to Think About for 2011....
1 - The suit has got to fit - the jacket should sit close to the body so you can slide your hand inside beneath the breast pocket.
2 - Something you wear should always make a statement, say it w/ a pocket square, socks, tie or just a great pair of pants.
3 - Wear a pocket square. Make is special and unique. Remember you don't have to go out and buy a pocket square. If you have some great fabric/ vintage fabric cut a 13" x 13" square and pick it up at the center w/ one hand on top and one underneath and place it in the breast pocket of your jacket.
4 - Respect the tie - Tuck the shirt in, button the jacket.
5 - Pattern Mix - this is okay to do as long as the scale, texture & colors work well w/ the patterns and combinations.
6 - A great jacket is a must have. It brings every thing to a pinnacle and opens all opportunities. Always have a great jacket!
7 - Tuxedo - Black, bow tie, cummerbund? (iffy on this one) & peak lapel. Shoe's are your discrepancy.
8 - Navy Blue is better than Black. We know Black is better, but navy is more versatile and looks better against all skin types. Black tends to look very yellow or red under natural light so navy is your better choice.
Hope these littel tips help for a great and prosperous New Year!
