College Basketball & Veterans Day!

Well, the College Basketball Season is underway and what better fashion to open it up than have #1 North Carolina play Michigan St. in the Carrier Classic on the flight deck of the USS Carl Vinson on Veterans Day in Southern California. It's better than Fantastic!!!

UNC won 67-55, but this game was not about winning or losing, but all about heart and giving back thanking the men & women who have put their lives on the line to make America a safer place for us to live and have the freedom we all deserve & have today. We Thank you!

My Grandfather's Sweater

I came across this guy leaning up against Cooper Union yesterday afternoon. I loved the sweater he had draped over his gingham shirt. He said it was his grandfather's sweater. What a great homage to his grandfather and how a sweater from yesteryear looks so in today! Thanks for the nice story!
