The suit's got to fit! The jacket should lay close to the body that you can barely slide your hand inside beneath the breast pocket. If you can slide in a fist it's a size or two big!

Pocket Square/Sleeve Cuff

Mad Men blew up the pocket square making it trendy again which is great! Do focus on the pocket square, but also focus on showing just the right amount of shirt cuff which should be 1/2" - 1" of cuff showing.
